Shipping & Packaging: All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment clears; excluding Sundays and holidays, computer glitches, power outages, hazardous weather etc. your package will arrive in a timely manner. International and Express service is not available at this time. We ship within the USA only. free shipping on all orders for US Mainland customers including Alaska and Hawaii.
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) with delivery confirmation and tracking number. Your package will be shipped by Priority Mail, First Class Mail, or US Ground Service depending on the weight and size. Based on USPS delivery zones and package type, allow 1 to 3 business days and even between 2 to 8 days. An email notification will be sent once your package has been shipped.
Easy Returns Process
We love our jewelry pieces and we hope that you will too, once you begin wearing them. But if you must return for any reason, you have 14 days after you've received your item. Please note that all returns are at the customer's own risk. Please ensure that items are adequately packaged. We are not responsible for a damaged item due to inadequate packaging.
Before you begin Contact Us to confirm your (undamaged) return item/s and include your original receipt and return shipping fees. There is no refund for lost or damaged items.
Items that can be refunded with exceptions
Any handmade Navah Adi Jewelry item is accepted for returns. If by chance the item you receive breaks within normal wear; and you want to keep it. Return it within the 14 day window or sooner and we will try to repair it to its original look. There will be no extra cost and we'll ship it back to you free of charge. If you decide to return then follow the above Easy Returns Process.
